Municipality Konjščina covers the surface of 45 km² and counts 4 047 inhabitants. Average density of the populated area is 90 inhabitants/km².

Municipality centre is located at the state road D-24, on the crossroad of the roads Novi Marof – Zabok and the county road leading to Sveti Ivan Zelina and railway road Zagreb – Varaždin. In that sense, the municipality is very well connected.

The inhabitants of the municipality Konjščina have the opportunity to buy and rent houses and apartments, as well as possibility to built new individual housing objects and common housing objects. The average price of buying an apartment is 700 to 1100€/m².
