Since 1994 Carlsberg Breweries was a shareholder in Panonska Pivovara and in 2002 buys all shares. Since 2004 the company is known as Carlsberg Croatia.

A motivated and dedicated team of employees and a strong brand like Tuborg Green and Pan made Carlsberg the fastest growing brewery in Croatia – said Thomas Kure Jakobsen, new President of the Board of Directors.
