Incentives:
 
· Area of special state concern
 
· Purchasing completely formed and parceled land with access to road and all municipal infrastructures (water, gas, sewage, electricity, telephone)
 
· Price  2 HRK/m2
 
· Partial exemption from company tax for entrepreneurs who begin operations:

  - 100% for 1st year of operations,

  - 75%   for 2nd year of operations,

  - 50%   for 3rd year of operations
 
· Subsidizing municipal fees

Small and medium-seized entrepreneurship
(production, transport, trade, services - facilities that do not have a negative impact on the environment).
