Price  55 HRK/m2

Subsidizing 50% of municipal contribution

Subsidizing municipal fees:    

-          first year entrepreneur pays 25%,     

-          second year entrepreneur pays 50%,    

-          third year entrepreneur pays 75%,     

-          fourth year entrepreneur pays 100%

Possible services:

Small and medium-seized entrepreneurship (production, transport, trade, services - facilities that do not have a negative impact on the environment).
