Purchasing completely formed and parceled land with access to road and all municipal infrastructures

(water, gas, sewage, electricity, telephone)

Land price lower from the market price

Partial exemption from company tax for entrepreneurs in zone

Subsidizing municipal fees:    

-          first year entrepreneur pays 25%,     

-          second year entrepreneur pays 50%,     

-          third year entrepreneur pays 75%,     

-          fourth year entrepreneur pays 100%
