INCENTIVE MEASURES AND BENEFITS

1. The benefits for paying a company tax

a)Entrepren-

  eurs who are  
  beginners,
   except
  hospitality
  management
  and trade

· 100 % in first year

· 75 % in second year

· 50 % in third year of doing
  business

b) Existing
    entrepre-  
    neurs, who
    have in the
    past year
    increased
    the number
    of employed
    people at
    indete-  
    rminate
    period of  
    time

· up to 10 employees – 25 %
  reduction

  up to 25 employees – 50 %    
   reduction· more than 25 employees –   
   100 % reduction of the  
  company tax

2. Incentives   in paying public utility tax

 

 

- reduction of
  public utility
  tax for
  newbuilt
  objects in the  
  zone
 

 100 % in first year

· 75 % in second year

· 50 % in third year

· 25 % in fourth year of doing
  business

3. Other incentives

- exempted
   from paying a
  part of the
  public
  contribution

· from 1000 m3 up to 5000
   m3 public contribution is
  reduced for 25%

· over 5000 m3 is reduced 
   for 50%
